Orders may be placed on this website or in our Etsy store.

We process your online order within 2 business days.
Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirming the details. Once the order has shipped, a second email with shipping details will be sent to you.

 

The prices displayed on this Web Site are quoted in U.S. dollars and are valid and effective only within the United States. 

Prices may not include shipping and handling or sales taxes, if applicable, which will be added to your total invoice price. 

You are responsible for the payment of any shipping and handling charges and state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order.

 

While we make every effort to fulfill all orders, Chic By Design cannot guarantee the availability of any particular product displayed on this Web Site.  Chic By Design reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any product listed on this Web Site at any time without notice.

 

Chic By Design reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after a purchase has been submitted and accepted).  If payment has been made for a revoked offer, all paid funds will be promptly reimbursed.

Shipping

We ship via UPS ground or USPS within the contiguous United States.

Rates are determined on an individual order basis.

Expedited shipping is available at additional cost.
We're sorry but we are not able to ship to PO boxes.  

Payment

We accept PayPal.
California residents will have sales tax automatically added to their order.

 

Inspection

Items must be nspected immediately upon receipt.

Damage claims must be reported within 2 days of receipt in order to process a claim.

 

Returns

All returns must be returned in original packaging within 7 days of receipt and must have a return authorization number.

A PayPal refund will be issued within 2 business days of receiving the returned package.
